Nell Newman is probably best known
for having very famous parents, Paul Newman and Joanne
Woodward. But she says the biggest lessons she learned
from them had nothing to do with Hollywood. They gave
her a love of food, environment, philanthropy and the
knowledge that even the little things you do in life can
have a huge impact, even if no one sees you doing them.
That’s why, even though it can seem
overwhelming at first to think about, Nell says it’s
important to take a quick inventory of your life and be
mindful of how you affect everything around you – from what
you buy to what you throw away. But those steps can be small
and simple. And in this audio, you’ll hear how to get
started.
